1. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Right)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of any paid membership or premium digital service within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not obligatory.

Your withdrawal is considered submitted on time if you send the communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract within the 14-day period, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
3. Waiver of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Services Started Immediately
By purchasing a premium membership or other paid features on velvetcircle.com, you may be offered the option to access the digital service immediately.
If you choose to start using the service before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, you acknowledge the following:
- You explicitly request that we begin providing the digital service immediately.
- You consent to losing your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed or once full activation has occurred.
- If you withdraw after the service has begun but before it is fully delivered, you will be charged a proportionate amount for the service already provided.
This follows Articles 16(a) and 14(3) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
4. Termination of Subscription After the Withdrawal Period
After the 14-day withdrawal period, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your user account settings.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Payments already made for ongoing billing cycles are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law or unless otherwise expressly stated.
